Applications for admission to the Kindergarten for the coming year are accepted in the first week of November. For other classes, if vacancies exist, information slips are obtainable and accepted from March 15, onwards at the School Office.
As per Government Regulations for Class One, students are eligible for admission to the Kindergarten Class in June of that year. A corresponding scale of age is fixed for the successive classes.
A new pupil who joins fresh from home or from a private school has to produce a Municipal or Baptism Certificate, in support of the date of birth entered in the admission form.
A new pupil who has attended any recognised school cannot be admitted without a Leaving Certificate from the School last attended; and in the case of pupils coming from schools outside Maharashtra State, the certificate must be countersigned by the Educational Inspector of the State from which they come.
The admission will, ipso facto, be invalidated, if the Leaving Certificate of the previous school or, if the candidate joins fresh from home, the Municipal Birth Certificate or the Baptismal Certificate is not produced within 15 days from the date on which the pupil joins this school. 6. A new pupil who has attended an unrecognised school should produce an affidavit by the parent or guardian, before a magistrate. The affidavit should clearly state:
The reasons why the pupil did not join any recognised school,
The name of the unrecognised school,
The class attended and the subjects studied by him/her,
The examinations passed, if any. Also, the leaving certificate of the unrecognised school as well as the official birth certificate are to be produced.
The Entrance Fee, together with the other stipulated fees and activities fee, must be paid in advance.
WITHDRAWAL
Notice of withdrawal should be given before the fifteenth of the month, (excluding the vacation period) during the course of the academic year, else the fee for the following month will be charged. Applications for withdrawal at the end of the academic year should be given latest, by May 07, to avoid payment of a penalty of one month’s tuition fee. Such notice should be given in writing by both parents only. A Leaving Certificate will not be issued until all dues are paid.
